These cover Capacity Building, Training Needs Assessment, Technology and Education for the international market. This division specializes in Research and Development and analysis of specific industries and other knowledge areas. New Media has collaborated with Media High Council, Rwanda, to work together in drawing up a roadmap for a media capacity building plan that enables professionalism and sustainability of the media sector in Rwanda.
Plans are also on to start an International Media School, that provides training to aspiring
professionals and guidance for gainful employment. Such an Institution will be a boon to Rwanda in
particular and Africa as a whole.
