The objective of the Protector is to highlight the conscientious work done by the Policemen and women which generally goes unnoticed and unsung in the mainstream media. The objective of the Police force is to protect and serve the community. Constant communication with the community is the Mantra for improving the public perception of the police. The Protector reflects this commitment and the values that the Police force stands for.The magazine carries an in depth analysis and coverage of Policing and Law & Order. It has an interesting content consisting of news and opinions of Policy makers, Police officers and opinion makers. It incorporates feedback and commentary from the civil society, for the benefit of the police force. It facilitates the civil society in keeping abreast of the latest updates on safety and security of the city. The readers of The Protector, apart from the Police force include administrators, corporate, academics, NGOs and general public.A bimonthly magazine, it is published in association with Only magazine that is officially associated with the Police.

CSR Mandate

CSR Mandate, with a punch line of Enabling Sustainability, is not only timely but appropriate in its very objective. The magazine will identify the various CSR initiatives, their major stakeholders and their needs, geographical areas covered and demographical focus defined and the challenges involved. The magazine will facilitate the fusion and integration of the activities of NGOs and the civil society into the CSR initiatives to ensure the latter’s speedy and effective implementation.

‘KNOW DISASTER’, is a bilingual magazine in English and Hindi, dedicated to the issues of disaster management, risk reduction and recovery, brought out in association with Bihar State Disaster Management Authority (BSDMA). Bihar is one of the Indian states, which is perennially affected by floods.
